The strategic note
A strategic note can summarise the decision, alternatives and industrial rationale. Its value lies in highlighting conditions that might change the choice. It does not replace specialist reviews: it organises the problem so that entrepreneurs, families and advisers work from a shared framework.
Financial scenarios and capital requirements
A project may require scenarios covering investment, liquidity, maturities and debt sustainability. Materials should make data sources, assumptions and sensitivities explicit. A scenario is not a guaranteed forecast: it helps identify significant variables and resources required for different outcomes.
Document preparation and reporting
For a corporate transaction, work may include a data-room index, information materials and a diligence list. In patrimonial coordination, it may cover a consolidated view of assets, liabilities and liquidity. Output quality depends on information completeness and contributions from those responsible for the data.
Roadmaps, responsibilities and decision points
A useful roadmap connects each stage to an owner, a dependency and a decision. In succession, it may connect roles with transition timing; in internationalisation, entry conditions with local reviews. These are examples of outputs to agree for each mandate, not a standard package or a promise of outcomes.
